ASTM A335 P11 is a seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe designed for high-temperature service. Its chemical composition (by weight percentage) is as follows:

• Carbon: 0.050.60

• Manganese: 0.300.60

• Phosphorus (max): 0.025

• Sulfur (max): 0.025

• Silicon: 0.501.00

• Chromium: 1.001.50

• Molybdenum: 0.440.65

ASTM A335 P11 forms part of the alloy steel seamless pipe family and is suitable for bending, flanging, fusion welding, and other forming operations.

Mechanical Properties:

• Tensile Strength (min): 415 MPa

• Yield Strength (min): 205 MPa
